Protein Shakes

These shakes are super easy to make and pretty darn good.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup Frozen Berries
1/2 or 1 Banana (sliced)
1 and 1/2 to 2 Scoops Protein powder
1/2 Cup Ice Cubes (optional)

Blend altogether and enjoy!

We have a mini blender that allows us to make one serving at a time. Ours is an off name brand but the popular brand is the Magic Bullet. I usually don't put in the ice cubes as the berries are usually frozen and work in place of the ice cubes. Plus I have also crammed so much crap in the little cup that ice cubes just won't fit.

I also will take my cup off the the blender and shake it once, and blend again.

These are really good and really filling!
