P90X Pancake Recipe

Makes approx 4 - 6 pancakes

Ingredients:

8 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup of Oats
1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Dash of Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and cook like pancakes.
We use vanilla protein powder, the only other kind that we have bought is chocolate, and I haven't tried the pancakes with that flavor yet... but watch for a blog post in case I do!

Also, our neighbors will blend the ingredients to chop the oats up better. We don't have a big blender, just one like the Magic Bullet. So we mixed our ingredients in our Kitchen Aid stand mixer. They turned out really quite good. Much better than they sound.
